Heading R/GA’s creative team, Ben has built a diverse and innovative team of APAC’s best brand designers, experience designers, strategists, and technologists. Together, they share a common belief that brands should not merely appear in culture, but must significantly contribute to it.

Ben received a 'World Changing Ideas' accolade from Fast Company for the impactful G’ AY MATE project supporting Marriage Equality. In 2023, his leadership earned the social Indigenous Enterprise 'We Are Warriors' two D&AD Yellow Pencils and a Cannes Lions.
